ORDER PROCESSING AND SHIPPING

PROCESSING: All jewelry is made to order and shipped within 5-10 business days from the date your order is placed. 

RUSH PROCESSING: We now offer rush processing which means you can choose to bump your order to the top of our order queue for a fee. Please see the "Rush Processing" listing and add to your cart if desired. Orders are still shipped out via the shipping method you select at check out, which are currently First Class or Priority shipping. 

 

SHIPPING: Once your order is processed and ready to ship, it will ship via USPS based on the service you select at check out. The estimated days for delivery below are estimates once your order has been shipped out, and this is in addition to the normal processing time of 5-10 business days for your order to be made. 

We currently offer two options at check out:

First Class: delivered within the US in 3-5 business days. 

Priority: delivered within the US in 2-3 business days.

*These are current estimates, the USPS may experience delays out of our control.* 

*Please note if you select priority shipping for your order, the same processing times will still apply to your order. Rush Processing is available to bump your order to the top of queue. 

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: International orders are final sales. International orders usually arrive within 4 weeks from date shipped however due to COVID 19 carrier delays they may take longer. The customer is responsible for all fees associated due to customs fees/taxes All fees incurred for taxes / customs fees are due by the customer.

 

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES: Once your package leaves the Derive studio it is in the hands of the USPS. If your package is lost/stolen please contact your local post office. Contact shop@derivejewelry.com and we will assist you in replacing your order.

  

ORDER TRACKING:

Once your order has shipped you will receive an email with the tracking info. Please be sure to check "promotion" / "junk" folder if you did not receive your initial order confirmation email and add us to your safe sender list. Thank you so much!
